| If you often feel like your important projects are drowning among weeds and other distracting stuff, this is for you. |
I have a record of setting way too ambitious goals and “failing” every time, not because I didn’t get a lot done but because I didn’t reach the absolute peak in that direction. And also because I had a tendency to set up too many goals at the same time. So, nowadays I focus on setting up experiments to keep moving forward.
Someone once said (sorry – I’ve lost the origin of the quote) ”When you focus on a goal you’ve made a decision to be unhappy until the goal is reached”. I prefer to focus on the process.

We meet every week to inform each other about our experimental plans, as well as our experiences from last week. If you want (and it works for you) you can use the ”daily log” to record your findings: your best results, your worst, and your plans moving forward.
You get a library of possible tools/methods (which I call a ”garden shed”) to experiment along the way.
We meet for co-working sessions on a regular basis, based on the needs and preferences of the group.

Basic structure
The structures and frameworks to complete your projects.
We use the principles from Scrum (a common productivity framework popular with IT businesses) to support our daily progress.

Explore what supports you
Examine your best strategies, balance between sprint and rest, and explore what nurtures your creativity in the best way.

Experiment together
The connection with other ”wild gardeners” gives your projects even more traction.
We meet every week online and share the data from last weeks experiments. Stating your plans to the group gives accountability as well.

Extra: daily support from the coach
An extra feature is to share your daily log with the coach to get the strongest movement forward in your creative projects.
